Most consumable items can be purchased in-game via shops. However, these items are only available once the item has been found and added to your inventory from a dungeon at least once. There are a few exceptions to these:
- Banana Boomerang, Delicious Milk, Can of Beer, Grilled Pork and Grilled Rice Ball can only be found in specific dungeons only.
- Candy-themed recovery items can be obtained via Spooky Pumpkin, or when skills like Trick Ball DX and Candy Summon are used in dungeons. These items include Candy Bag, Chocolate Candies, Chocolate Cream Cookies, Chocolate Heart, Christmas Cake, Hard Candy and Rice Cake.
- Some items are strictly IAP and so can only be bought from Mamazon.mom. These include Lucky Fish, Raw Sugar, Sugar, Pako, Gameko.
- Premium spells can be gotten from Hungry Questers, and events such as Heck Yeah High School (Event) and Spooky Pumpkin.
- Miracle Pot is usually obtained from Hungry Questers but is also part of the drop cycle for Mamayan Ruins (event).
- Water Bucket is usually obtained from Hungry Questers but is also part of the drop cycle for Heck Yeah High School (Event). It can also be obtained in events as a daily event gift from visiting NPCs. Water Bucket was also available in the Rare Item Shop for a period of time.
- Top Secret Files are unique to the sequel, Dandy Dungeon 2.
